1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Kerio Pay payment processing services. By registering, you agree to be bound.

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and not be from a restricted jurisdiction.

You must submit valid business registration (or ID) and complete KYC. We may reject or suspend any account.

Fees are disclosed in your dashboard. Settlement is typically T+1. You are responsible for all chargebacks and disputes.

You may not process illegal goods, adult content, MLM, or any activity violating payment scheme rules. Violation leads to immediate termination.

You bear full liability for chargebacks. Excessive chargebacks may result in account closure.

We comply with Uganda Data Protection Act. You must obtain customer consent before sharing data.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraud, or legal reasons.

Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes shall be resolved in Kampala courts.
